and it is Trash Day. Welcome to today's solo episode where we're going to take out my personal

trash, Trash is Trash, and we're going to do no pop culture TikTok trash and instead full secret lives and Mormon wives recap because I owe you that

because I did not podcast last week. Thank you to everybody who respected that decision and let me

take that day off of podcasting. I'm feeling very defensive, bitchy, sassy.

I don't know.

I've just seen so many things online that I've really pissed me the fuck off in the last

two weeks that I just, I don't, I like have zero tolerance, patience.

I'm just very, I'm just, I'm feeling like a bitch

today. Okay. And so I want to say thank you before I go off being a bitch. I do want to say thank

you to everybody who respected me not podcasting. But I did want to address something because I got a

trasher's trash submission that really pissed me the fuck off.

And it was like, your heart was too heavy to podcast, but it wasn't too heavy to do a Q&A on Instagram.

A podcast requires personality.

It requires you talking, speaking, and being upbeat, being fun, being charismatic, being able to say

sentences and not just a couple, a lot because you need to talk to yourself, by yourself,

for an hour plus. It's a hard thing to do when you're feeling down when your heart is heavy on situations and things

that are making you feel sad where you don't want to speak, let alone podcast for an hour

plus. And me typing on a screen on Instagram requires zero personality. Honestly, little to no effort.

And it was just a way for me to kind of feel normal for a second. It's very difficult to do a job that

requires showing personality when you're not feeling up for it. And I just truly wasn't.
