I'm talking like a hot cup of tea or a hot cup of coffee. There's science behind it. Hot beverages trigger your body sweat response. I can't believe you didn't know that. Basically, your core temperature matches the outside a bit better if you have a hot drink. So it can make you feel cooler. I wish Graham were here. I did not know that. No, I think Joe, I don't know, Joe dropped for a moment. Ryan's hot take was that hot beverages are better on a hot day. You live in Arizona. You want that boiling hot cup of tea when it's 104 degrees outside? Yeah, that's going to be a hard no for me. I'll be leaving that one, like as far away from me as physically possible.

Hot food. Hot food I get, right? That's the idea you sweat. The sweat cools you down. That's why you want spicy food when it's hot outside. Why are you guys trying to make yourself sweat when it's already hot? I just, that's the whole point of sweating. Yeah. If you're eating outside, maybe, I don't know. just stay inside, keep the AC on, drink cold beverages, eat food that should be at appropriate temperatures, at that appropriate temperature, and move on.

Just saying, in the subcontinent, they eat spicy food and drink hot tea, and that's how they manage the heat there.
