0:00.0	Hi everyone. Before we get into this episode, I just wanted to take a moment to speak to everything that's going on right now and speak a little bit from my heart regarding this current situation.
0:12.0	I am the biggest supporter of everyone having body sovereignty, and I don't believe in anyone's body's being governed, period.
0:22.7	I think any medical decision should be made personally with their doctor or medical professional and family, if they so
0:27.4	choose to involve them. I believe in the power of personal choice, period. Some may say this
0:35.1	isn't a great time to release this episode but i think we've gotten into a really
0:38.3	bad habit in spite of everything going on in this country that's saying certain xy and z
0:43.5	conversations are inappropriate to have during certain times i believe that there is no wrong
0:48.0	time to have important conversations with all that is going on around us, I find it more important and empowering
0:56.1	than ever to take this time as women to really get to know our bodies, get back in tune with
1:02.0	them and their infinite power. The more educated we are and the way our cycle and our body works,
1:07.6	the more sovereignty we have over it. We have to take our power back where we can.
1:12.6	And this is one of the ways that we can. I personally find this incredibly empowering and I hope you do
1:19.0	too. Education is power. Now with that being said, this is in no way meant to diminish the reality
1:25.7	that things happen. And this is an incredibly complex situation.
1:31.1	There is no doubt women are going to be greatly affected by the overturning of Roe versus
1:35.5	Wade.
1:36.5	And I want to recognize that this is completely devastating.
1:40.5	Please know and understand that this conversation in this episode is not meant to counter the
1:45.8	Roe versus Wade situation. This is an incredibly nuanced and complex situation. Abby and Ricky and I
