Summary
We spend 95% of our time in our subconscious mind; it's the one running the show. It's the one that informs our conscious mind, the creative mind, what we want. Or at least what it thinks we want; it doesn't judge. If things like "I'm a failure," "I'm not lovable," or "I'll never earn that much money" are the soundtrack of our thoughts, then the subconscious mind will understand that's what we want.
That's why we must focus on reprogramming our subconscious mind to change our reality.
In today's episode, I'm joined by the Best-selling Author, Coach, Speaker, and Consultant, Mike Murphy. Mike is a man on a mission to help people achieve their dreams and manifest their deepest desires. After a bumpy adolescence and restless early adulthood of substance abuse and multiple arrests, Mike relied on his tenacity to get himself back on track.
He dedicated over 30 years to perfecting the recipe for manifestation, which he portrayed in his book "The Creation Frequency." After losing his wife to breast cancer, he created the Love from Margot Foundation and authored "Love In Colors: A Story of Love, in Sickness and in Health."
