so happy to have you here. As always, my name is Carly A Coelino. I'm your host. We got a great episode

for you today. A bunch of emails that you guys sent in to secret keepers club at gmail.com that we're

going to get to. A bunch of things I want to chitch out my girls about. First of all all let me start off with a heartfelt apology i'm sorry guys i'm sorry i got a lot of

shit going on and it's not an excuse and i'm going to prioritize the podcast better okay but i do want to

apologize because it's not cool i've just been really overwhelmed and i do i need help with you know

just a bunch of shit i it's it's a lot going on at one time.

But that's not an excuse. Number one, it's totally not cool. And it's giving, it's giving the type of guy that is, it's giving intermittent reinforcement. And we always say we don't like that. That's a narcissist. That's a red flag. We got to run away from him. And yet here I am being that.

Something that happened this morning. Well, a lot happened this morning. Number one, I rushed out of the

house the second I woke up. I was like, I got to go to the doctor. I had this

appointment. And I wake up and I rush out the door. I like brush my teeth, jump in the shower

for two minutes just to wash up and then call an Uber and I'm out. And because the appointment was

all the way in downtown Brooklyn and I knew I was going to hit traffic.

It was like rush hour this morning. And girl, I'm getting I'm getting there, getting there.

We're creeping up. I'm sitting in traffic in that area because it's like right by like the courthouses.

There's a lot of a lot of commotion going on. And I call the office and I'm like, I'm going to be five minutes late. I'm so, so sorry. They're like, it's okay, whatever. If we have a 10 minute grace period or

15 minute grace period, I'm like, okay. So I get there, girl, I rush and I'm out of breath. So

dramatic, right? And this is an appointment that I had because I've been having, I'm not even

going to say what it is because it's, it's not going to be anything bad. And I don't even want to put

that into the ether. You know, it's just something that I got to get checked because it's kind of,

it's kind of just, it's crazy. So I've been really anxious about this appointment i'm like i got to go

on tuesday got to go on tuesday morning really early blah blah blah blah right i walk in i'm out of breath i'm
