people it is a daily occurrence. I want to talk to you about the things you have the power to do

yourself to help lower your anxiety. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness

almost 65 million people. 65 million. 40% of men and 51% of women seek treatment for anxiety.

That leaves millions of people who have not sought help for their anxiety. And that is largely due to

the fact that 164 million people live in the US in areas where there is a shortage of mental health

professionals. Cognitive behavioral therapy and prescription medications are often used to treat
