Hi, thank you so much for having me. This was on my list for a long time, and I'm glad it's finally happening.

So are we going to do talking about Eric and his journey through the season and that thing? Yeah,

I think that's a good idea. Going all the way back to the churn. Yeah. Going all back to the churn.

Well, first, actually, my question is to kind of kick this off to tie. When did you first

conceive of Amos' friend, Jacob, and what was the purpose that it served in your story?

Jacob is a real person. I didn't conceive of him. But the character of Eric. Not that we know of.

I don't know. What's your mom's name? You tell me.

I never, when did you create Jacob? Like Jacob didn't exist before Ty created him.

Ty is the creator.

We need a one-handed guy from Chicago.

Yeah, I did a very good job with Jacob.

I think he's a very well-rounded character, very interesting character that I came up with.

No, it was when we were writing the churn.

So we knew what the basic plot of the churn was, how Amos gets

driven off the planet, makes the choice to do what he does and gets driven off the planet.

We knew that there had to be two important characters in his life. One was Lydia, the woman
