Let's take a look at the Arkansas Razorbacks with Andrew Hutchinson.

That's the Arkansas rival site up there in Fayetteville.

I don't think any team was more surprising a season ago overall than Arkansas.

A team that had obviously suffered through the Chad Morris era. They bring in an unknown and Sam Pittman to be the head coach. And, I mean, let's just be honest, they were three and seven, but they probably were a much better team than that record indicated. They got a, I'll say say it they got stolen away from them at

auburn this was a much improved football team this year how much or last year how much more

improved can they be in year two yeah i mean i think they could definitely take a step forward i

feel like most people look at maybe the defensive side of the ball is probably the area that will make the biggest jump

just because you have the continuity of retaining Barry Odom.

He was pursued by, you know, a couple of schools this off-season,

you know, LSU, Texas, schools like that.

And, you know, he decided to stick around in Fayetteville,

got a nice little raise, and is now

going to hopefully lead that defense to making another jump this year, which they were better

last year, which if you look at the final numbers, they were still not very good by any means,

but they were much improved from the year before.

The year before that, I guess it had been 2019.

They were the worst defense statistically in school history.

And so they had nowhere to go butt up, and I think they've got room to improve this year, too,

especially with the guy like Jaylon Catalan, a safety being back.
