I'm Brian Haydad and joining me today is Richard Greenlee.

He is the president and owner of Ratchet Entertainment Group.

They are the entertainment group responsible for bringing the Brett Eldridge concert to the Noble Field.

And Richard, you reached out to me last week, you heard me talking about this with Robbie on Thunder and Lightning about this concert.

We're excited about it and the potential for Starkville as a concert venue.

Let's start with the concert that's going to happen Super Bulldog weekend after the

Saturday game with old miss Brett Eldridge will take the stage at did he

noble field how did that concert get into motion who was the first one to suggest to this?

MSU reach out to you? Do you reach out to MSU? How did that come into play?

Well, it's a funny story. I have a good friend of mine, a fellow named David Rula, who I've known for a long time who knows about what I've been doing and he said you know we talked about you know trying to do some concerts at

State he put me on the phone with Bob Rman Phil and they put me on the phone with

Wret Hobart and I had a meeting the next week and they was actually state's idea

I don't know if Wret takes credit for it you know or but you know you know you

know it was the best baseball field in college sports and it's just you know

it'd be great to do something there besides just baseball so they wanted to put a

concert on on duty-noble field and to the

bulldog weekend at the Old Miss State back-to-back national camp. Baseball sure would be the

perfect time to do it. So it was their idea. Well that's that's a good start to our conversation because we talk about Mississippi State

wanting to be proactive and do things.

Of course, the guy you mentioned is no longer here, but we'll move on to that.
