Adam, thanks for joining us here today, man.

We appreciate it.

He spent, you know, I think what, the first six, seven years of your career in Pittsburgh, and then in the

last what, five months you've been traded twice to San Diego and then to Seattle.

What's the process of a trade like for a player from finding out that you're going to moving?

What does that process like for you guys?

Well, I guess the first time it happened when I was on the field in San Francisco.

So, I mean, it was kind of a whirlwind of emotions, not, you know,

spending such a long period of time in one spot and then getting shipped across the country but it's really just the

whirlwind kind of expected that one that I'm gonna happen so didn't catch me

off guard I guess, but, um, yeah, and then just packing up again,

just a few weeks ago and going to Seattle. So, um, I don't know, it's really just the whirlwind of everything. You know you gotta just go with the flow and meet new people and everything else.

Go out and try to play baseball the same time.

Yeah, obviously one of your best seasons is a pro last year and you end up being elected as the starting baseman for the National League in the in the all-star game.

What was that experience like for you? Were you surprised when the votes came in?
