I said I said, oh, there's no way it could give up meat.

Yeah, it's just like I just after a hard workout that chicken burrito with the sour cream and the cheese, that's my comfort.

So that was where I was coming from.

But when I made my own commitment based on the research to say, you know what, I'm just going to do it, right?

And within, for me, about three or four weeks into it, I really started craving different foods, right?

And I was feeling great and was performing so well,

and starting to see my abs.

And then I ended up going to see my doctor about three months later and my cholesterol had gone from over 200 to under 140.

And so it really, that was a big second light bulb.

It was just kind of like when I discovered the internet.

It was like, wow, this is a better way to eat.

And so I became a true believer in the benefits of plant-based eating.
