And it's Wednesday, so it's our second half of the hour always has updates from

Laura Lumer. Well she'll come on air answer questions, time permit, and tell you what her experience was in California, what

happened and what she is going to be doing.

In the meantime, today, for the first half hour, we have tons to discuss.

We have things like Syria that are important, but I wouldn't want to call it Syria.

I think we should call it Turkey because what I'm going to tell you today is going to shed a little bit

more light in regards to energy politics in the region.

Because if people understand energy politics and I've been talking about this for months, you

will understand exactly what is going on there.

In addition, we have a lot of other things to talk about, don't we? We've had a lot of developments. I have been

talking about this shutdown and how it's hurting the Democrats but as I've

said from the beginning this shutdown is more important to the Democrats for many

reasons and we'll talk about that too today.
