This week we look at the synchronicity in the three levels of existence, mental, spiritual and physical.

Today we will focus on two levels of existence,

physical and mental.

The first level is what we call the physical level,

the physical body, the physical universe, the visible

universe. This is the world we see every day.

We also think we know it best. We call it the real world.

It contains matter and objects.

Every object seems to have a firm boundary.

Everything appears to be in a three-dimensional world.

It includes all the things we experience with our senses,

all that we can see and hear and feel and taste and smell.

This physical level includes our body but it also includes

everything else that we call everyday reality. The wind, the earth, water, gases,

animals, microbes, molecules, and everything else that you can experience through your

five senses.

We start to realize that at a deeper level there is no boundary between ourselves and everything else in the world.

When, for example, you touch an object, it feels solid, as though there was a distinct boundary between you and the object.

Physicists would say that we experience a boundary as solid because everything is made of atoms and the solidity

is the sense of atoms bumping into atoms like electrons. So try and visualize this.
