We've been speaking this week about synchronicity and now we continue our exploration of spiritual reality by delving into intention.

We've understood the spiritual domain. We've also understood that at this level

everything is happening all at once, everything is synchronistic. Let's look at some examples in nature of synchronicity.

Have you ever seen a flight of birds, of fish swimming?

There are many other examples of this, but these are good examples of what I think is

synchronistic behavior. All social creatures show some evidence of

synchronistic behavior. Extensive studies have been conducted on

insects and herd animals showing that their responses to threats are

immediate quicker than you could explain by normal communication methods.

One of my friends in England is a biologist by the name of Rupert Sheldrich.

He's conducted some fascinating studies of what seemed to be cases of non-local

correlation or even synchronously, that same thing,

between dogs and their human companions.

So people and dogs can form very close bonds

and what Dr. Sheldrake has documented

are cases in which dogs seem to know

when their owners are coming home.

From 10 minutes to 2 hours before the owner arrives, the dog will sit at the front door

and will wait, as if anticipating the owner's return.

Skeptics have said that this was simply a case of habit,

that the owner comes home at a specific time each day

or that the dog can hear the car or smell the owner from miles away.
