Eleanor Wade is an assistant professor of law at Rutgers and a lawyer whose practice

is focused on family law, public benefits, and welfare rights.

Eleanor is a welfare scholar with expert insight into how what happens in states can determine

the fate and success of federal laws and is joining us today to talk about how this case relates to the dynamics

of how we organize and separate the powers of the American state, as well as family policing.
