We're here. And joining us for the first time on the weekly show, it's our pal, good vibe gaming, John Cartwright. Hi. I love being a pal. No one really calls

me a pal. You're a pal. You're a good pal. Pal of the pod. I think that's official title.

Yes, this week, we will be hosting a special charity stream. That's why we're recording on Monday rather than on Saturday or Sunday as usual.

And that means that's why this episode is going up a little bit later than usual.

We'll be raising money all day for L.A. Wildfire Relief.

Of course, I live in California.

And even though I live in Northern California, I think that

everybody who lives in California knows someone who's been impacted by these fires, and I certainly

do. In fact, I used to work for IGN, as you know, and the fires are frighteningly close to the

Santa Monica office for IGN. So I've been seeing a lot of stuff going on there.

It's been a very scary situation since it started a couple weeks ago.

And so we're going to raise some money.

We're going to help people who have lost their homes, that sort of thing.

And hopefully give you a little bit of counter programming on a day that is, well, for a lot of people, a little bit dark.
