You're referencing an old saying that is what?

You can indict a ham sandwich. And where does that? Why is that saying exist? I've heard that my whole

life. Well, an indictment is, has no, has few of the elements of a trial. All you have is the prosecution trying to give the grand jury enough evidence to say,

you know, we want to hold a trial and see if this guy might be guilty.

Then the grand jury says, yeah, go ahead if you want.
