And where that comes from and how that comes to play in our lives wow yeah, you're right and

I'm acting as if this is an epiphany, but I do know that in our relationship my low self-esteem and low self-worth comes up a lot

So yeah, let's talk about it. Let's let's let's dive right

Let's do it, you know, let's go straight into it. What does a word esteem mean? Okay, we think about the the origins of the word esteem

Like when you think of someone when you think of esteem you think of like to hold someone in high regard, right? Yes

So self-esteem is like the regard in which you hold yourself?
