Everything you think you know about the Alabama IVF Supreme Court case is wrong.

0:06.0

I'm Scott Ott with Bill Whittle and Stephen Green.

0:08.0

And gentlemen, this episode of Right Angle is brought to you by the members at Bill Whittle.com as always.

Bill, Steve, I started doing some research into this case, which most people have heard of under a headline, like I heard on NPR this morning, that basically said it's the lead line said that the Alabama Supreme Court declared that embryos are children.

0:32.9

And so I actually got a little zany about it. I read several different news sources.

0:38.5

Crazy me.

So the case was a lawsuit by several of the parents of those children against the clinic and against the hospital,

2:04.2

basically saying, you killed our babies.

2:06.6

And they sued under the constitution, I'm sorry, a law from 1872 called the wrongful death of a minor act, I believe, if I'm quoting that correctly,

2:19.7

and basically said that their children were killed, and therefore they should be able to sue for
