You're having a wonderful start to your week. We had

that's a good weekend because if you didn't listen to the last podcast on

Saturday night we went to see Heather McMahon at the Majestic Theater and y'all she was so

dang funny we were in the fourth row I know I was stew with sweat and bullets like low-key

sweat and bullets because she was kind of picking on people in the front.

Not bad at all. I mean I would have loved if she called us out.

Stu, not so much. But the show was so great and you know being a podcast listener of hers I loved so much that she was

retelling so many of the stories that she's talked about on past episodes you know I don't want to give anything away but I kept

nudges to like okay and this is going to happen next. I'm such a fan girl. I swear I

look out for those new episodes. It is the first podcast in my library that I will go to.

As soon as I see it's updated, I plan my trip to Flower Mountain, which is like two or three towns over.

You heard me do this before. Like I need more than 10 minutes in my car

to listen to her podcast and I love listening when I'm driving. And when she's

on I like don't take calls, I'll put my notifications on or you know on the new iPhone they have this feature let me

see if I can pull it up it's called focus you can turn on your personal time and

so essentially you're just you know turning all notifications off.

I can't just take in five or six minutes at a time.
