Both former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris looked

to court voters through Fox News yesterday and they both held events trying

to appeal to those still undecided. The first to air on Fox News was

former President Trump in a town hall with a pretty friendly audience of women that mostly seemed

to support him. Trump has mostly been sticking to media appearances on more conservative channels,

though he did hold another town hall hosted by Univision that had questions from

undecided Latino voters. He defended and doubled down on his handling of the January 6th capital riot, saying he did nothing wrong,

and he stood by claims about Haitian migrants eating pets, despite no evidence to support it.

He did not shy away from saying he will secure the border,

but he also took a softer tone than he has in the past.

For example, he did not mention plans for mass deportations.
