So you have to share some bad news with your coworkers.

So how do you do that?

I mean, do you just say, like, hey, how are you?

I hope you're having a good day.

Your sales results are down.

Or do you say, hey, you're having a good day.

Your sales results are down, but I think you can do better.

Thumbs up. Isn't that the positive sandwich? Yes. Positive, correction, positive. Yes.

So what they have found in Chatham University is that if you need to say some bad news to your

coworkers, that instead of just saying like, oh, your sales suck, is that you say your sales are bad.

But I think you can do better, like using that thumbs up.

And if you can use emojis, yes, if you start using emojis when you're spreading bad news around,

is that it makes people feel like you're more human.

That's interesting because when I get emojis, I think it's immature.
