One of the things that many people don't know and no one is saying is that to get a search warrant,

law enforcement must present facts to a judge. They must present the fact to a judge. And the

standard of proof is exactly the same standard of proof to arrest someone.

It's probable cause.

So to define that, it's facts and circumstances that would allow a reasonable person to believe that a crime has been committed, but not the crime.
