welcome Susie Turner but that that, you know, I would sort of, you know, relate to that a bit where it's like it doesn't have,

they don't have to be beating you up, you know, stuffing you under the stairs.

It's like, it can be very subtle yeah almost

sometimes probably the psychological trauma is worse because there's something

physical you know that that was bad as a child you would probably even recognize as

bad but you don't know as a small child that

like someone just not paying you enough attention is bad yeah I mean so some people

go oh such as you know whatever it could be something physical but as an adult

that can really work that out but there's's a lot, isn't there as well

about beliefs where you don't actually know

that you even believe that?

And you go, I had no idea.

Like it's a funny thing, the more you read about,

like beliefs, programming, all that stuff.
