As I am recording this podcast, it is early in the morning. And as I'm sitting here, I can hear the birds chirping

outside the window. And hopefully maybe one will chirp loud enough so that you can hear it as well.

Because somehow it just reminds me that life still does go on. That there's still some things in life

that are enjoyable to hear. Because not all the news today is enjoyable.

Now I know I told all of you that I would be talking about corporate bonds and preferred stocks.

I've changed my mind again. I'm changing my mind a lot these days because I do think that there's

more important things that you need to hear rather than investing at this point in time.

On Friday, the stimulus bill was signed into law. So I think it's very important that we go over this bill

and you understand what you can do, what you can't do. And also some of the things that you're allowed

to do in this bill, should you do them or should you not? So that's what we are going to do today.

But before I go over all of those things, here's what I also want to say to you.
