1:42.3	tomorrow is December 5th and December 5th is my half birthday. It's also one of my best friends
1:53.1	Leslie Lins birthday and on December 5th I'm going to be 71 and a half years of age. I honestly
2:04.9	don't know how to process that. But it's just is what it is time is ticking away. So that's
2:13.8	interesting but some good news about that is the other day I was taking a walk with Katie and
2:22.2	truthfully I really haven't taken a walk in a long time. It's just hard for me to do so physically
2:29.6	speaking my arm and other things and I've been feeling better don't you love that I do and so
2:35.8	we took a walk and it was a great walk and what was so interesting is as I was walking and I was
2:42.8	feeling good I also started to cry and was it tears of joy or was it tears of oh my god I'm
2:50.6	starting to be able to really live my life again and do everything that I enjoyed that I really
2:57.2	haven't been able to do in over two and a half years now for those of you who don't know I had a
3:03.2	surgery blah blah blah and I'm still suffering from the ramifications of it and I was then sitting
3:09.8	on the beach with Katie I said to her let's go down to the sand I haven't walked on sand
3:18.2	in all that time and I was walking on the sand and Katie said do you want me to hold you and help
