So today we're gonna be looking at a case that I have previously covered back in June of 2021. It's a Colorado case that I have been

following for a long time. I'm sure many of you are following it as well. It has gotten quite a bit of publicity and so much has happened. We have learned so much more since I last talked about it and there was a major

Discovery in the case recently which I will be going over today.

I do want to mention that last time we talked about this case, Barry Morfeu had just been arrested

and charged with first-degree murder among a handful of other charges.

But since then, the charges were dropped without prejudice,

which does mean they can be refiled at any time.

And I say all this because while many, many people believe he is guilty and I certainly have some opinions of my own, I have to be very clear that Barry Morfeu has not been convicted of any crime or crimes associated with his wife's death and despite

the evidence that has been found against him at this point Barry Morfeu is innocent

until proven guilty in a court of law.
