I'm good now that we're both seated and we're without mishap because Mike had a little bit of a

incident. He crashed over his table.

So this is all just, yeah, we're not professionals here. I'm trying. Everything that we've done with video and audio is all learned because, you know, we can't like hire anybody to do anything. So I was like the, the microphones being held to them by this little chinty table. We got an Amazon for like 20 bucks. Yeah. And, you know, I just was moving it.

And the whole thing toppled over an Amazon for like 20 bucks. And, um, you know, I just was moving it. And the whole

thing toppled over along with this like $500 audio processor. It's only $500. Who cares? The good thing was your coffee wasn't on that table because that would have been a friggin disaster. Oh yeah. That happened to another podcast out there where a coffee spilled all over. and, oh, that's, yeah, you're right.

On that note, I was, uh, just kind of scrolling through Instagram and I came across an account and it's just this woman who lives in a van with her husband. It's van life. And her account is

Saw Van Girl. Her name

must be Savannah. Any dots in there? It's S-A-H dot V-A-N-D-Girl. And she just has this incredibly

calming presence, basically the opposite of my presence. Mine is riled up. It's high stress, high strong. But she moved

with, she moves with such purpose and intention. And I don't know if that's like natural for her or

if it's just what she does for the camera. Can you explain that a little bit more? Like,

what do you mean by purpose and that how does somebody move with purpose and intention?
