the world. Suzanne Miller is doing an amazing job at this station. Her Miller report, not only is

the number one podcast here at WABC, but every day getting a cab and I hear that voice every day.

How long has I been going on that cab thing? Three years, Three years. Three years. Time is going so fast. But how often do you update that? Every week. And your guys do an amazing job with doing that. They really do fantastic. They produce a great, we're the best cab right, I think. I really is. I get so happy when I hear your voice. Sometimes I have to shut myself off, but it's great. Is it weird for you? It is weird. You know, it's funny. I wake up early every Saturday morning and put on the show we do in South Florida. They take a one-hour best-up show every week, 850 W. FTL down in South Florida, 8 to 9 every Saturday morning.

So I wake up early in my house in Queens and I put it on, listen to myself. And I would say, I'm doing this now 28 years. The first 15 years, I hate it to listen to myself. I hate it. No, I'm okay now with it. You hate it still? I hate it. You must like yourself better. Yeah, I guess. I don't know. I really have a Muslim. I was a real shock.

Yeah.

So tell us, Suzanne, the real estate business in New York, everybody was scared.

Like I say this, according to Vicki Palladino, Mom, Donnie now is considering making people pay for parking.
