So today we have a guest on Eddie Soffer.

How you doing today, Eddie?

I'm doing great.

Thank you for having me here.

We brought Eddie on because in the news we've seen a lot of back and forth on ESG, certainly

in the last few years, has become a hot trend and really just wanted to kind of dive right in.

So we wanted to bring an expert on.

So Eddie, maybe you could tell us a bit about your background.

So I've been in financial services for my entire career, originally from Latin America,

via the Middle East, so very international background, speak a number of languages,

and I'm very passionate about sustainability, starting from my background itself,

but also from all the things that I've seen happen over the years.

I helped develop the sustainability practice on my prior employer at Bramberg-Belous Harriman,

and I'm ESG manager here at Interactive Brokers.

And along with our director and the rest of our team, we lead the sustainability initiatives for the firm.

So we talk about sustainability. What does that mean to you? I think for a lot of people, that's kind of a
