Did Ellen Greenberg really kill herself? The medical examiner in the city of Philadelphia for the last 14 years has basically said, no.

The original medical examiner just recently said something different, which will tell you about.

But 14 years after 27-year-old first grade teacher Ellen Greenberg was found dead in her locked Philadelphia, to be precise, Manny Uncle, a little suburb apartment.

She was stabbed 20 times with 11 bruises on her body.

The official ruling remains a suicide.

This was a big blow to family and friends just the other week.

The case has exploded again because of this,

because of what Dr. Lindsay Simon,

the medical examiner reaffirmed during her ruling.
