Enjoying a nice little snow day, a little bit of skiing, a little bit of opera today. But most importantly,

I'm getting my work done. Talking ball. We'll feed my favorite part of the day, for sure.

Dude lives a good life. I do live a good life, man. Don't ever catch me complain. If you do,

you can slap me, all right? And good for baseball, because we got early word on Thursday morning. Andrew McCutcheon has a new home. He signed a minor league deal, I do believe, with the Texas Rangers. Evan Grant, who, of course, covers the Rangers so well. First, to report this, hey, at least he found a home.

Yeah, and he's been working hard, and you just root for a guy like, Coach.

A guarantee he's going to have meaningful of bats for the Rangers this year,

despite the minor league deal.

He's going to be on that roster, if not to start at least at some point as he ramps up, man. So an all-timer, one of my favorite guys I ever played with or against.

So shout out coach, yeah. Yeah, I mean, listen, the last few years when you combine his war,

it hasn't even equaled one. We know he's not the MVP guy or still. But great dude can still

hit lefties a little bit and still has some pop, but he would

mean a tremendous amount to any clubhouse. And actually, I've got to be honest with you. Like,

I think that I think the Rangers could really use him because they're, they're very quiet team.

They got a bunch of guys that are like this oh you want some energy

i want some energy who does he got uncle larry's the alter uh his what's that called other

personality yeah his alter ego yeah that's been a while that's the word that's looking out yeah

yeah that's some good stuff i like that's a good to have him. All right, World Baseball

Classic is officially underway. We had a pair of games over at the Tokyo Dome in Japan.
