Welcome to Susie Larson Live. I'm always so honored to get to spend this time with you.

In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk,

that deepen your understanding of God's Word, and that heightens your awareness of his very real

presence in your life. Well, if you listen to the show often enough, you know that most days I've

got a guest on the show, but every once in a while I fly solo. My bosses are pushing me to do this

a little bit more, and it's always a little out of my comfort zone, which is perfect because

that's the topic of today's show.

And I actually have a sense about where I want to go, but I really don't have my arms around

it. But it's just so appropriate considering what I'm going to talk to you about today,

above and beyond and uncomfortable. So as I dig into this, I really want so much to just pause

and pray and admit my dependence on the Lord.

Father, we just give you this time today.

I thank you that you call us out of our comfort zones.

You call us above and beyond all we could ever dare to ask or imagine.

But it's always according to the access and the work that you do within us and through us.

So, Lord, we just humble ourselves right now.

I humble myself.

And I say, I can't breathe the word.

I can't say anything that means anything unless you breathe life in and through me.
