thank you how are you good always always a great day when I get to talk with you. You just fill

the room with so much good. I feel the same way. Yes, yes. You know, I want to take a few moments and talk a little bit about, you know, self-care.

And I know you talk about self-care, not being about, you know, yoga and bubble baths. What does self-care really look like?

Well, the reason I, and I wrote a little post on my blog about that, but just, it's not about

yoga pants and bubble bath. Because, you know, when we say to caregivers, oh, you need to do some

self-care. You know, we want to say, go away, lady. My niece said that. So somebody said,

oh, you're such a pretty little girl. My niece said to her, go away, lady. So I think we want to

say, go away, lady, because, you know, yes, of course we know we have to take care of ourselves.

It's just, it's just a very complicated thing to do.

And I think for me, telling caregivers, just pay attention,

if you can focus and pay attention and be self-aware to what's going on with you,

sort of take a check and see, is there something I need to do today for myself?

And that's anything. It could be, we're all different at whatever floats your boat if it's
