Obviously, a very sad subject,

but we are going to light it up here a little bit. Today, there was a

parole hearing 30 years after Susan Smith was arrested and convicted for the murder of her two

young children. Still difficult to look at this photo. And we're just going to talk about what we all

witnessed at the parole hearing today. We've got a little bit of sound. And we're going to hear

from a therapist, podcaster, a lawyer. We got all the bases covered. Without further ado,

Sarah Ford, she was with us to watch the parole hearing earlier in the day.

She has served as a legal director at the South Carolina Victim Assistance Network since 2017.

She leads a team of attorneys and advocates to provide direct legal services to South Carolina crime victims.

And these days, it seems like there are plenty of victims in South Carolina to go along.

Gigi McKelvey, she is host of the very popular true crime podcast, pretty lies and alibis, one of the best names in all of true crime podcasting.

And she's of course covered extensively the Lori Valo trial and many others for
