that she brings to the path, you know, and I haven't really talked much about COVID and just kind of the general

shift that that is caused in our society and in our lives during the podcast so far mainly because I wanted to address it a little bit in the

intros and then give somewhat of an oasis away from so much COVID content that's been out there the last month, but I thought this is a really good opportunity to talk about some of the things on a deeper level that we're all experiencing in some ways to frame and think about

and also manage just the shifts that all of us have felt because of COVID.
