I really believe that we have been taught to think with our brains and limit our beliefs. Wow. Unfortunately. We need to highlight, highlight, underline that. When you have limiting beliefs, you absolutely won't see, feel, or experience anything. It's anything you do. If I feel limited, if I tell myself I can't get up and walk and I limit myself to be able to walk away, I won't walk away.

So if you say to yourself, I know they're not there, they're gone, they're on the other side,

they're never going to be with me again.
