I think that the holidays feel like frozen noses. I love walking with the dog for long periods of time.

Hopefully it's snowing and you've got to wrap up warm. So I think a frozen nose is a sweaty armpit

because your wrapped up so warm but then you're climbing hamps and heath and you get to the top

and you're like, and then you can see the breath but then your nose is still freezing to touch.

Best gift I've ever received has to be a bike when I was younger, a pedal bike.

It was a sort of slick little road bike and I remember it was all like, it was all wrapped up

but it was so obvious what it was obviously because nothing shaped like a bike and I had a little ribbon on it and I was so gas.

For that was a life changer and I'm still sort of big on cycling around my area now so I feel like that won't change me a little.

It's been a pretty uneventful few weeks.

I've heard you tell the birthing story multiple of your other podcasts so even though I'm sure people are

clamoring for more birth stories I feel like you've covered it.

I'm breeze through it. I wouldn't call it the birthing story by the way.

I feel like that makes it feel like it's more graphic than what it was but I kind of breeze through the timeline on

Challenge Mania but for those Survivor Mania acts I do think we owe the miss because the Survivor Mania acts had the luxury, the honor of hearing us on a

podcast that we recorded less than 18 hours before our baby came out of you.

I mean few hours before I went into labor.
