What is up everybody? Welcome to the latest installment of Survivomania. That's right.

Lindsay and I are back to break down survivor season 43, which premiered yesterday just

getting a premiered last Wednesday. But we've had a rough few days, rough few weeks here.

Some of you guys know I may or may not have had COVID last week. So we're finally getting

down to brass tax to break down the season premiere for all of you guys. And we could not be

more excited to do so. Lindsay, how are you? I am so excited to be back doing this. It wasn't that long.

It went by season 42. Since we've podcasted last year, it went by quickly. Maybe because I didn't

have the stress of podcasting about Big Brother in the meantime. Oh, can I just say I've said this

on Change Mania, I'm going to say it again here today that choosing to omit Big Brother from our

summer watching repertoire. And in turn, I'm sorry guys omitting BB fever from your podcast

feeds this year. It felt really good. It felt like a weight off of our shoulders. Not saying we'll

never be back. Not saying we will dive back into Big Brother, but with now having the season

formally behind us, I can say because I mean, what happened was we tapped out after like week one

where one, I think we watched one episode, but we obviously were following along on social media.

And we heard all the chatter about this woman Taylor getting bullied and she was probably going to

get voted out. And oh my god, problematic cast members again. What are we going to do? We tap out,

cut to yesterday where apparently Taylor has won the show. She gave this great speech, which I

watched the speech. Hey, Cliff notes the whole show for me, the whole season got the whole low

down of her, you know, overcoming adversity, all this stuff, her representing. What is it? What's

the word? It starts with an R resiliency, all that stuff. So I am so glad that we did not have

three nights worth of content to watch and have to catch up to and then podcast about for you guys.

But I feel like now we're fresh. You know what I mean? And now I feel like we're coming back from
