What's up, everybody? Happy Friday here. Scott and Lindsay back to breakdown episode five of Survivor, season 49.

Boy, did this get good? Not like I predicted this exactly last week, although I will say there was some good, you know, character development from some of the other supporting characters.

But we did, I believe, see who we thought was going to go home, go home.

Which outcome did you think was more unpredictable?

The Knicks game that we watched right before?

We went to the Knicks game that night or the Survivor episode.

Well, I mean, a basketball game has one of two potential outcomes, right?

And these are also two good teams.

So literally, if the Knicks or the Cavaliers won, I wouldn't have been surprised at all.

I guess the Knicks were a slight underdog going into the game and won.

So I guess that's somewhat unpredictable but um survivor obviously

at this point has what 12 people that could potentially go home i would have ranked this guy first as

and i think i did last week on the podcast is who i thought would go home um and uh and look here's what

i'll say okay i'll try it up to do a positive spin. So I'm not negative

Nate over here on the podcast. I know I haven't been very high on this season. I will say he

was probably, and again, I want to preface this, probably a sweetheart of a guy. They obviously

saw something from him in casting, which led them to put him on the initial, I don't know, wide list.

But there was also probably something about him that made him the initial alternate.

And I feel like that instinct, whoever had it, probably the right instinct.

I get that all these are different dynamics.

I think that's unfair to say, because so many alternates have ended up on the cast doing really

well and being great characters. Sure. I would and yes.
