Absolutely. Growing up for me, I don't have memories of playing on a soccer field.

I wasn't a cheerleader.

I didn't go to my high school prom and as a matter of fact I didn't even attend my own high school

graduation. I was petrified to stand on that stage in front of everyone and I let fear

dictate my choices in life and I did my best to avoid anything

where I felt vulnerable. And the reason was is because as a child, my dad wouldn't let me speak every time that I would try and speak around our house
