| 0:00.0 | Hello, survivalists. This is the crux true survival stories. I'm your host Casey McIntosh. As we close |
| 0:06.7 | out this year, we often reflect on what truly matters. We make resolutions, we're setting goals to |
| 0:12.4 | learn bigger, but how often do we appreciate what we already have? The ability to walk to the kitchen, |

| 1:35.8 | the best thing to do for scoliosis. They didn't realize that, you know, 20, 30, 40 years later, |
| 1:41.1 | it was causing the last part of my spine to disintegrate. So that's where I |
| 1:45.7 | needed a second surgery. Okay. And so what was the second surgery going to entail? What were they going to do? |
| 1:52.4 | Well, my doctor said, this was the surgery I had four years ago. He said, okay, we're going to fuse |
