Surviving corporate America is best done with a dope friend group, some amazing stress management skills, and healthy doses of trained/professional help. Corporate can tear you apart and in many cases we help by believing that what we experience is normal or even a requirement for "the big bucks". If you are not careful our work lives can tear apart our entire lives and in some cases even end it. Our guest this week, Kym Ali, has a story that will change your perception on how corporate America can impact your health and life. In Kym's case she experienced mental and physical impacts including heart attack that almost took her out. 0:00.0	When it came time for a promotion, I know I had it, but there's no way I wouldn't get promoted.
