Or we may feel like an outsider and not know where to channel help to others.

Our guests this week have had different paths to discovering how they can get back to the world, but once they found it, they realize

the joy in giving of their unique gifts and service to others.

Victoria de Monne and Catherine Wood. Victoria Damone is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for

OneShare Health, based out of Irving, Texas.

Victoria came from a background of entertainment royalty as the daughter of legendary

50s Kruner, Vic Damone, and her mother, actress Judy Rollins.

Her childhood was far from glamorous, however, as her

parents' careers often took them away from Victoria and her three sisters. After

Daimone and Rollins split, the three girls were primarily under the care of their mother who was struggling with addictions.

By the time Victoria was eight, her mother's issues took a tragic turn.

Victoria describes how she and her sisters survived and Victoria herself found a way forward to give back to

others in ways she never thought possible. My name is Victoria Desmoan. I'm the

oldest of three girls and we grew up daughters of Victorone the singer and our

mother was Judy Rollins and she was an actress and a cartoonist and we were all born in Beverly Hills, California.

My sisters and I are very, very close.
