Summary

Almost every religion teaches prayer, and even non-religious people pray. But what makes Christian prayer different? For starters, it’s not about twisting someone’s arm, or cajoling a distant god, but speaking with boldness to our loving, Heavenly Father. Pastor J.D. has titled this message, “Surprised by God’s Willingness to Listen.” It’s a part of our “Kingdom Come” series in the Gospel of Luke.
