Douglas High School, the head honcho of Frederick Douglas High School.

Sean, how the heck are you?

I am fantastic, Jack Pilgrim.

It's a dead period.

So I'm getting a little bit of some needed time off

because I didn't really get that in the spring. But it's been a good couple of months to kind

to get ready for what basketball is going to look like for me in the coming months. But I'm

enjoying that period at the moment. You deserve it. We're,

looking forward to year one of the new administration over there with the Broncos. It's going to be a

blast. We'll also have Spencer Smith joining. He's putting the two-year-old down, been there, done

that buddy. I feel you on the sleep schedule being all over the place.

So we're just going to get started.

We're going to, yeah, for a couple minutes,

and then he's going to jump on whenever.

We're going to have the two Smiths on together,

and I can't wait for it because, you know,

they need to make up for my lack of basketball knowledge.

Those two together are brilliant.
