I think it was some type of either elective procedure, the motive likely was an elective

procedure. Patient is asleep. Someone knocks on the door and says thative procedure, the most likely is an elective procedure.

Someone knocks on a door and says that, hey, the insurance company for this patient is calling you, you need to pick up.
