One of the things I will say about Suutulbukara is that it provides

a very powerful overview on Muslim thinking,

like our thoughts about ourselves, our thoughts about the world,

how we're supposed to see the world around us,

our worldview is best shaped by an exhaustive study of Surut al-Bakara.

There's a reason it's placed right after the fah-ihah the way that it is,

because it does really represent the overview and the worldview of the Muslims as expressed by the

Quran itself. Now we are here in 145 almost in the middle of Suutel-Bakara. And in that middle section of Suuotl Bakara,

Allah mentions this unique subject of the change of the Kibla.

The Muslims used to pray in the direction of a laksa,

and now they are praying in the direction of the kaba.
