Dhumirratin fa-stawa fa-stawa means he became upright.

He became even.

But, istiwa means for something to be, you know, to even to stand up can be istiwa.

Like, f-stawa ala sukihi in the Qur'an, when the stock stands up, when he stands tall.

F-stawa i-f-staqama ala-sulatihi al-hatiqiyah,

al-lati khallaqah Allahu ta'ala alayhiha.

F-stawa here means, jebriyul stood up and took his original form,

the way Allah actually created him.

Because when jebriyul came to the Prophet's life,

some of him in the angel, in the cave, he wasn't in his true form.

Because he had to be able to fit inside the cave.

But now, Allah is describing an incident where jebriyul took his actual full form,
