On the first day of his second term in office, President Trump signed an executive order arguing that babies born in the United States to parents who are either undocumented immigrants or temporary foreign visitors are not citizens, going against U.S. policy that dates back more than 150 years based on a longstanding interpretation of the 14th Amendment.
